Motherhood Ministry: Honduras

Emma has lived in Gracias, Lempira, Honduras since the summer of 2023. She moved from Waxahachie, Texas to serve as a teacher in a Christian Bilingual school here in Gracias, and has always volunteered her time to serve the women at the Maternity Home.

The Maternity Home is a safe place where pregnant women can stay near the hospital in Gracias until their delivery date; a needed service because of the scarcity of medical care throughout the Honduran villages.

Emma has recently taken the leap of faith to pursue serving at the Maternity Home full-time!

She envisions the women who pass through the Maternity Home being taught the love and power of the Gospel of Jesus, being more able to raise their new child, being able to break cycles of broken families, and being able to take the Gospel back with them to their homes in various villages throughout the department of Lempira.

In order for Emma's God-given vision for the Maternity Home to become a reality, we need your spiritual and financial support!

There is so much to be done for the Kingdom in Honduras, and we hope that you will partner with us spiritually (with prayer and encouragement) and financially (donations to the ministry and its causes).
